New Hampton Inn Opens in Dahlgren

66-room property brings Hamptonality to Virginia

DAHLGREN, Va. - Hampton Hotels, the global brand of nearly 1,900 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hampton by Hilton hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property, the 66-room Hampton Inn Dahlgren located at 16450 Commerce Dr. in King George, Va.

The hotel is owned and operated by SRK Investments, Inc. and is the first Hampton property in Dahlgren, ahead of six more Hampton hotels slated to be opened in Virginia by the end of 2015. There are currently more than 250 Hampton properties in the pipeline in the U.S.

The Hampton Inn Dahlgren is located in the heart of the Dahlgren Technology Center, close to a range of businesses including, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, and BAE Systems. It is less than a mile from Naval Support Facility Dahlgren - home to Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and Dahlgren Laboratory - and is just minutes from the University of Mary Washington, Dahlgren Campus.
